Robert is the Founder and the Managing Partner of 7rent.com, Ltd (Est. 1999).  He holds a Bachelor's degree in Nuclear Engineering from Kansas State University and a Master's in Business Administration from Ashland University.  Robert has been a licensed Real Estate Agent in the State of Ohio for over the last 35 years.

Chris (Maintenance)
Chris is the Maintenance Supervisor for 7rent.com, Ltd.  He has officially been with the company since April 2017, but has worked with us on many projects prior to signing on full-time with our company.  Mr. Reed is highly skilled in all areas of maintenance and is great at problem solving to come up with ways to resolve complicated issues.  He proudly serves our tenants with exceptional customer service and swift resolutions to their maintenance concerns.
