Requirements:

You must view the unit you wish to rent.
Submit your complete application and be sure to attach a copy of your driver's license and two recent paystubs/offer letter of employment/proof of student status within the application.
Pay the $27 application fee per adult (co-signers are exempt).
Co-signers are typically parents, grandparents, or family members of applicants who need someone with qualifying credit and income on their lease. Co-signers will not live in the property. If you will be living in the property, please fill out the Tenant Application and not the Co-signer Application.
